The purchase of a Dartmoor Online subscription is personal and non- transferable. You are thereby granted personal, non-commercial use of Dartmoor Online as a download according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your subscription indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You may only access and store the content of Dartmoor Online for your personal use. Reproduction of Dartmoor Online content by any means electronically or otherwise and for any other purpose is expressly prohibited.

You may not download all or any part of Dartmoor Online on more than one computer system concurrently, may not make or distribute unauthorized copies of any download (including uploading to the internet in any form) or use, copy, modify, or transfer the download, in whole or in part. Breach of this agreement will result in your subscription being automatically terminated. Such termination will be in addition to any civil or other remedies available to Dartmoor Online.

ALL ITEMS ON DARTMOOR ONLINE HAVE BEEN WATERMARKED AND WILL BE EASILY IDENTIFIABLE TO THE PUBLISHERS IF USED ELSEWHERE.

We will have no liability to any person for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, Dartmoor Online. We shall not be held responsible if, for any reason outside our reasonable control, access to Dartmoor Online is interrupted.

A subscription will terminate on the last day of the final quarter, i.e. the last days of February (Winter), May (Spring), August (Summer) and November (Autumn). Access to the issues on the website will no longer be possible after a subscription has expired.

We reserve the right to make changes to this website and/or change the terms and conditions at any time.
